Thoughts and ideas to inspire, uplift and affirm the childless and childfree, by circumstance and by choice
This is the second post on readinginthebath.com featuring quotes from readers who have left inspiring and uplifting comments that I don’t want to slip through the cracks of cyberspace. May the ghosts of their wisdom linger amidst the files of pinterest and google image search, whispering to women for as long as the internet shall last! And thank you to each and every reader who joins in the discussions. As you may be able to tell, I am pouring my heart and soul into this project and each word of interest and connection encourages me more than I can say.
If you would like to read more of the thoughts of these brilliant women, Angie has a travel blog, Around the World in Three Weeks a Year (her most recent post is about driving through Texas in a convertible…jealous).
Claire has a feminist blog, Use Your Hooves (her most recent post is about a book I’m really looking forward to reading, Female Chauvinist Pigs, about the rise of raunch culture).
Lisa Manterfield has a blog about childlessness, Life Without Baby. She is also the author of I’m Taking My Eggs and Going Home: How One Woman Dared to Say No to Motherhood, another book I’m very keen to get hold of.
And Audrey is a blogger on hiatus, which is a right I think all bloggers should reserve, but I look forward keenly to her return.
